Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB).
  • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Model treatment implementation for RBTs.
  • Monitor the implementation of treatment plans and provide feedback.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy to patients as needed.
  • Conduct caregiver training.
  • Ensure company standards for data collection by RBTs are met.
  • Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction as required.
  • Provide ongoing assessments of behavior functions.
  • Participate in company team meetings.
  • Complete monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines.
  • Participate in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
  • Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
