Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct Functional Assessments of Behavior (FAB).
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Model treatment implementation for RBTs.
- Monitor the implementation of treatment plans and provide feedback.
- Provide one-on-one therapy to patients as needed.
- Conduct caregiver training.
- Ensure company standards for data collection by RBTs are met.
- Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction as required.
- Provide ongoing assessments of behavior functions.
- Participate in company team meetings.
- Complete monthly summaries in accordance with structured deadlines.
- Participate in continuing education events to maintain certification as specified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or education.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
