At Autism Care Group, our mission is to promote growth and positive behavioral change. We use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a leading, research-backed approach, to create meaningful, positive outcomes for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The most effective ABA programs are tailored to meet each unique child or learner’s needs and preferences, as well as those of their families. These programs are applied in real-world settings like schools, homes, and community spaces. Key goals include enhancing communication, reducing challenging behaviors, and building social and self-help skills. Consistent data collection ensures that interventions are effective and goals are achieved.
Autism Care Group is a dedicated team of professionals, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, SLPs, OTs, and hundreds of highly trained, committed behavior therapists who work closely with clients every day.
Our primary goal is to deliver the highest quality programs to our clients. To achieve this, our behavior therapists receive weekly supervision from a BCBA or BCaBA supervisor and participate in monthly meetings to stay updated on the latest ABA intervention methods.
Many of our behavior therapists are on the path to becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and many have backgrounds as medical doctors or school teachers in their home countries.
Additionally, our team’s diverse cultural backgrounds allow us to understand and address the unique cultural needs of each client we serve.
We take great pride in our experienced team of behavior therapists and offer excellent incentives to support their long-term commitment to our program. This approach has helped us maintain an impressive turnover rate of less than 5%, ensuring that our clients benefit from consistent intervention by a therapist who has developed a strong rapport with them. This continuity is especially important, as children with autism often face challenges in building relationships outside their families.
