Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments for patients using the provided curriculum.
- Develop skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs and strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and meetings with educators, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
- Analyze patient data and implement necessary program modifications.
- Model treatment implementation for BCaBAs and RBTs.
- Evaluate staff performance, providing training and feedback.
- Complete progress reports according to structured deadlines.
- Conduct patient re-assessments as needed.
- Provide caregiver training as required.
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership through hands-on training and modeling of ethical conduct.
