Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collect data on behavior and progress.
- Apply feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance as provided by the lead BCBA or BCaBA.
- Provide behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable.
- Attend various training sessions and related company meetings.
- Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate students in psychology, social work, or education.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
