Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collect data on behavior and progress.
  • Apply feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance as provided by the lead BCBA or BCaBA.
  • Provide behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable.
  • Attend various training sessions and related company meetings.
  • Adhere to applicable laws, rules, and regulations set forth by regulatory agencies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate students in psychology, social work, or education.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
